A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by AfricanTrust Safari.
Clients must complete payments according to the payment schedule provided during the booking process. Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and services already booked. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our cancellation procedures.
AfricanTrust Safari reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, park regulations, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and any required travel documents.
Travelers participating in safaris, trekking activities, or adventure tours should ensure they are medically fit and capable of participating in the chosen activities.
AfricanTrust Safari acts as an organizer of travel services. We are not liable for losses, injuries, delays, accidents, natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond our control.
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances.
