Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport after a short safari briefing by your professional guide. You will then drive southwest to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania's most beautiful wildlife parks, renowned for its ancient baobab trees, vast savannahs, and impressive elephant population.
After entering the park, enjoy your first exciting game drive while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, ostriches, and many other wildlife species. Tarangire is also home to more than 550 bird species, making it an excellent destination for bird lovers.

🦁 Safari Participation & Responsibility
Clients must follow all instructions provided by the safari guide.
AfricanTrust Safari is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Wildlife is unpredictable; sightings are not guaranteed.
🏨 Accommodation
Accommodation is provided as per itinerary or similar standard if unavailable.
Room availability is subject to lodge or camp policies.
Special requests (e.g., honeymoon setup, room preferences) are subject to availability.
✈️ Travel Requirements
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
AfricanTrust Safari is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
🚙 Transportation
All safari transportation is provided in a private 4×4 safari vehicle unless otherwise stated.
Seat allocation may be rotated for wildlife viewing fairness in group safaris.
Clients must respect vehicle safety rules at all times.
🌍 Force Majeure
AfricanTrust Safari is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Political unrest or government restrictions
Pandemics or health emergencies
Airline delays or cancellations
Park closures or sudden regulatory changes
In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or offering alternative solutions where possible.

Clients are responsible for:
Arriving on time for scheduled departures
Carrying valid travel documents

Ensuring personal belongings are secure

AfricanTrust Safari acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, parks, transport operators).
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Liability is limited to the value of the booked services.
📸 Media & Marketing
AfricanTrust Safari may use safari photos or videos taken during tours for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing before your safari.

Personal data is used only for booking and safari arrangements.

Final Agreement
By booking this safari, you confirm that:
